The 3 basic controlled falling

These are the most important techniques and they should be studied even if we do not plan to practice martial arts (all the others are acrobatic, for specific contexts and / or for high-level combat performances):

  1. The backward breakfall – The first basic controlled falling technique
  2. The lateral breakfall – The second basic controlled falling technique
  3. The frontal breakfall – The third basic controlled falling technique
