Due to Bruce Lee and his master Ip Man, Wing Chun is today one of the most famous Kung Fu styles. It has been developed during the Ching Dynasty (1662-1722) in the south of China (Foshan, Guangdong). Its effectiveness is based on simplicity, multitasking and economy of movements: it includes quick adaptable upper limbs techniques and small but agile moves of the legs.
