Online Kung Fu training: exercises and tools
How to study online and train from your home (mini-guide)
No matter how long we train: in the beginning even 5 minutes are enough, the only important thing is to practice every day.
Note – This article has been asked by one of our Core Course practitioners on Patreon (see how to attend our home study classes here Learn Kung Fu online: a beginner-to-expert course).
The statistics of our Core Course practitioners speak clearly:
- Passion is nothing, it ends within the first 2 months
- We have to use those 2 months to build a basic daily training routine
- That basic routine gradually becomes habitude then need and finally self-discipline
- The point is that those who pass these 2 months have a 90% chance of reaching black belt
A note by Master Kongling – Naturally the black belt is just a symbol but in our school it necessarily corresponds to a very broad level of preparation. The reason why we created this mini-guide about distance learning is to sensibilize people to validity of our home study path (natively designed with this goal, read Learn Kung Fu online: why it is better and when).
