Breathing methods and exercises course includes – All the basic breathing methods of 6 Dragons Kung Fu (for wellness, health, martial arts, sport, stealth, body advanced control and relaxation), how to control / improve / adapt the performances of your body and your mind through your respiratory system, the most common errors and the relative solutions. The reasons that led us to collect and explain in detail the breathing methods of our school are related to the fact that this fundamental function of our body is all too often underestimated. Breathing control is actually the key to mind control and body coordination.
Whoever follows these explanations with the right attention to the details, dedication and patience, gains the knowledge to do extraordinary things like: economizing the energies during the efforts, removing tension, connecting the power of the body elements, improving wellness / health, reaching peak performances and much more.
A note by Master Kongling – It is incredibly important that you become aware of the way you breathe, because this can really change your life. Everyone knows the importance of breathing control in sports but it must be understood that this is a crucial activity that is not limited to this. Most people breathe in the wrong way even in daily life and in many cases, we could say that they force their respiratory system to work against them.
The goal: who is this course for?
This course is for practitioners and not practitioners – The theory is explained in a simple manner and most of the exercises (at a basic level) are immediately applicable; the benefits are almost immediately visible but the indications must be followed meticulously and the exercises performed with regularity; after having understood the fundamentals the improvement is potentially endless.
What we explain in this course is divided into 3 consecutive levels:
- The explanation of the 6 Dragons Kung Fu’s breathing methods
- Practical examples of how to execute the techniques and train them correctly
- Understand the secrets behind effective breathing to improve your performances
A note by Master Kongling – This course is designed for high-level results that can be exploited as to achieve excellence in sports (of any kind), as in martial practice, as in extreme conditions as in daily life. The idea is to redesign the way you interface with your body: first voluntarily and then (through practice) instinctively. Only when mind and body communicate in a harmonious and rational way is it possible to achieve maximum results.

The practices provided must be:
- Understood (the theory is “relatively” simple but you need a clear understanding of it)
- Experimented (you have to implement the theory gradually, being sure each time to do not lose anything from the past steps)
- Executed periodically (if you really want to reach your maximum performances, at least every 2 days)

I have benefited greatly from this course but the thing that I find most valuable is that I have learned to manage my lungs through the diaphragm, first in a consciously correct way and then to do it instinctively.
