The goal: who is this course for?
This course is for beginners / intermediate level practitioners: the theory is very simple and all the exercises are gradual; the real stumbling block, in relation to the Kung Fu stances, are the first executions because the body is not used to them but this is a very common sensation and passes after 3-4 sessions.

Best course ever made on the stances topic. If I should evaluate the level of detail I think this would not a basic course, it is an advanced course but accessible to every level of martial artists. About the lessons, I have received everything correctly and faster than described in the video course description. I will check for the speed development one that was my first choice.
