An example of a novice daily training session of 6 Dragons Kung Fu (1 hour, individual, without specific tools):

Tips:

  • The fabric cloth training executed with the bottle of water may be dangerous let’s perform it outside, in an ample space; let’s try not to speed it up until we have full control of its basic dynamics
  • Obviously, all the weapons involved must not be sharp (only training versions)

Remember this is not a training for a novice, it is dangerous and it requires a basic stamina.

This is good training for who is starting to know 6 Dragons Kung Fu (read How to start practicing from scratch), it is not too complex and it does require a medium effort.

Even this time we have not included too specific tools, only specific exercises (throwing, etc.), do not worry, we will see everything with specific articles.
