A 1-hour session (medium intensity)
An example of a novice daily training session of 6 Dragons Kung Fu (1 hour, individual, without specific tools):
- 5 minutes of slapping of the body (auto-inflicted, no vulnerable parts, read Body Conditioning: the slapping)
- 5 minutes of running (forward and backward direction, read 5 running exercises ideal for beginners / warm-up)
- 5 minutes of controlled fallings and rollings (walking, read Everything you should know about breakfalls)
- 5 minutes of free and fast punch combinations (shadow boxing, read How to punch (simple explanation))
- 5 minutes of free and fast kick combinations (shadow boxing, read How to kick (simple explanation))
- 5 minutes of free and fast kick / punch combinations (shadow boxing, sequences)
- 5 minutes of free and fast rotations with the rope (moving in the space, read Stance and basic rotations of the rope)
- 5 minutes of free hard-hitting of a tree (with 2 sticks, one per hand, read The basics of short sticks: base strokes and stance)
- 5 minutes of throwing of a rock against a wall (fast recovery and immediate throw, fully bending the knees, alternating the arms, without a specific target)
- 5 minutes of jumps with 360° body rotation (rotating on the Y-axis)
- 5 minutes of throwing in the air a bottle of water and soft recovering (bending the knees to the ground each time we recover it from the ground, read Fabric Cloth Kung Fu Training: speed & reflexes and How to acquire the Soft Touch skill)
- 5 minutes of abs (read Exercise 1 for the abs to develop the muscle chain and Exercise 2 for the abs to develop the muscle chain)

Tips:
- The fabric cloth training executed with the bottle of water may be dangerous let’s perform it outside, in an ample space; let’s try not to speed it up until we have full control of its basic dynamics
- Obviously, all the weapons involved must not be sharp (only training versions)
Remember this is not a training for a novice, it is dangerous and it requires a basic stamina.
This is good training for who is starting to know 6 Dragons Kung Fu (read How to start practicing from scratch), it is not too complex and it does require a medium effort.
Even this time we have not included too specific tools, only specific exercises (throwing, etc.), do not worry, we will see everything with specific articles.
